Zgodnie z zawiadomieniem udział Capital Research and Management Company w głosach na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki wynosi 5%.
Zawiadomienie zostało załączone do niniejszego raportu.

Lumina Metals Corp. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 3 September 2026 it received a notification regarding significant shareholdings, submitted by Capital Research and Management Company.
According to the notification, the share of Capital Research and Management Company in the votes at the General Meeting of the Company amounts to 5%.
Enclosed to this report, the Issuer provides the content of the notification referred to above.
Legal basis: Article 70(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies.
