Zarząd spółki Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 10 września 2026 roku do Spółki wpłynęło pismo od TiVi Foundation z siedzibą w Ruggell, Liechtenstein ("TiVi Foundation"), podmiotu dominującego wobec Spółki w rozumieniu art. 4 ust. 14 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych wraz z oświadczeniem rodziny Solorz-Żak.
Spółka niniejszym przekazuje treść otrzymanych dokumentów do publicznej wiadomości w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.
Subject: Receipt of a letter from TiVi Foundation and a statement of the Solorz-Żak family
The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that on 10 September 2026 the Company received a letter from TiVi Foundation, with its registered office in Ruggell, Liechtenstein ("TiVi Foundation"), the entity controlling the Company within the meaning of Article 4 Section 14 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, with a statement of the Solorz-Żak family.
The Company hereby discloses to the public the content of both received documents, attached to this current report.
