With reference to the current report No. 26/2026 of 25 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu hereby reports transactions carried out in its own shares between 9 and 11 September 2026. Information, both in aggregated and detailed form, is presented in the attachment prepared on the basis of the information received from Erste Bank Polska S.A. - Erste Biuro Maklerskie acting as the investment firm in charge of executing the share buy-back program.
