With reference to the current report No. 26/2026 of 25 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu hereby reports transactions carried out in its own shares on 16 and 21 September 2026. Information, both in aggregated and detailed form, is presented in the attachment prepared on the basis of the information received from Erste Bank Polska S.A. - Erste Biuro Maklerskie acting as the investment firm in charge of executing the share buy-back program.
