Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 30 września 2026 r. otrzymała zawiadomienie dotyczące znacznych pakietów akcji, przesłane przez Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. reprezentujące Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny.
Zawiadomienie zostało załączone do niniejszego raportu.
