Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("Spółka", "AmRest") informuje, że Pan Luis Comas, po sześciu latach kierowania AmRest jako Chief Executive Officer, podjął decyzję o ustąpieniu ze stanowiska w celu realizacji nowych planów osobistych i zawodowych. Pan Luis Comas będzie pełnił funkcję CEO do dnia 31 stycznia 2027r.
Jednocześnie Rada Dyrektorów AmRest powołała Panią Maríę Elenę Pato-Castel na stanowisko Chief Executive Officer Spółki ze skutkiem od dnia 1 lutego 2027r.
Pani María Elena Pato-Castel posiada ponad 30-letnie doświadczenie w sektorze dóbr konsumpcyjnych oraz gastronomicznym na rynkach europejskich i międzynarodowych. W ostatnich latach pełniła funkcje niezależnego członka organów nadzorczych oraz doradcy zarządów. W przeszłości była związana z AmRest przez blisko dziesięć lat. Jej doświadczenie obejmuje również funkcje pełnione w spółkach z grupy Yum! Brands prowadzących restauracje KFC oraz Pizza Hut w Hiszpanii, a także działalność jako właściciel i operator restauracji marki KFC na Półwyspie Iberyjskim.
W okresie pełnienia funkcji CEO przez Pana Luisa Comasa, AmRest kontynuował rozwój działalności oraz ekspansję geograficzną, wchodząc na nowe rynki, rozwijając sieć restauracji oraz poszerzając portfolio marek.
Rada Dyrektorów dziękuje Panu Luisowi Comasowi za jego wkład w rozwój Grupy AmRest oraz osiągnięcia zrealizowane podczas sprawowania funkcji CEO. Jednocześnie Rada Dyrektorów wyraża uznanie dla Pani Maríi Eleny Pato-Castel za przyjęcie nominacji oraz życzy jej sukcesów w pełnieniu nowej funkcji.

RB 10/2026 AmRest Group appoints new CEO; The Company announces that Luis Comas is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of AmRest after six years of leadership, to pursue new personal and professional interests. ;Effective February 1st 2027, Mara Elena Pato-Castel will be taking over as the new Chief Executive Officer, bringing in over 30 years of industry experience. Ms. Pato-Castel is returning to AmRest, having previously spent almost a decade with the Group.; During six years at the helm, Mr. Comas has overseen growth and expansion for AmRest. Under his leadership, the Group entered new markets, broadened its commercial network, and expanded its portfolio of brands. Notably, AmRest is preparing to launch Taco Bell in Poland later this year, marking the latest milestone in its strategic development. Mr. Comas will remain in his position until January 31st 2027.; Ms. Pato-Castel brings over 30 years' experience in the consumer goods and restaurant industries across Europe and internationally. In recent years, she has served as an independent director and Board advisory. Her prior experience also includes board roles at various Yum! Brands subsidiaries operating KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants in Spain, as well as extensive involvement as an owner-operator of KFC-branded outlets in Iberia.;The Board thanks Mr. Comas for all his services and contributions during his years with the Group.
