Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 7 października 2026 r. zawiadomienia o zmianie udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Banku. Zawiadamiającym jest BlackRock, Inc.
Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w zawiadomieniu BlackRock, Inc. zmniejszył swój udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Banku poniżej progu 5%.
Zakres informacji zawartych w przedmiotowym zawiadomieniu przedstawia załącznik do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

08.10.2026 - 28/2026: A notification from BlackRock, Inc. regarding the reduction of the share in the total number of votes at the Bank's General Meeting below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Bank
Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs about a notification received on 7 October 2026 on a change in the share of the total number of votes at the Bank's General Meeting. BlackRock, Inc. is a notifier.
In accordance with the information contained in the received notification, BlackRock, Inc. decreased its share in the total number of votes at the Bank's General Meeting below the threshold of 5%.
The scope of information included in the notification is presented in the attachment to this current report.
