Zarząd INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie niniejszym informuje o terminach publikacji raportów okresowych Spółki w roku obrotowym 2026/2027, obejmującym okres od dnia 1 lipca 2026 r. do dnia 30 czerwca 2027 r.
Raporty okresowe będą przekazywane do publicznej wiadomości w następujących terminach:
27 listopada 2026 r. - jednostkowy raport kwartalny za pierwsze 3 miesiące roku obrotowego 2026/2027, obejmujący okres od 1 lipca 2026 r. do 30 września 2026 r.
19 lutego 2027 r. - jednostkowy raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze roku obrotowego 2026/2027, obejmujący okres od 1 lipca 2026 r. do 31 grudnia 2026 r.
29 kwietnia 2027 r. - jednostkowy raport kwartalny za pierwsze 9 miesięcy roku obrotowego 2026/2027, obejmujący okres od 1 lipca 2026 r. do 31 marca 2027 r.
30 września 2027 r. - jednostkowy raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2026/2027, obejmujący okres od 1 lipca 2026 r. do 30 czerwca 2027 r.
Zarząd INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE informuje jednocześnie, że ewentualne zmiany terminów publikacji raportów okresowych zostaną przekazane do publicznej wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.
The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE, with its registered office in Tallinn, hereby announces the schedule for the publication of the Company's periodic reports for the 2026/2027 financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The periodic reports will be published on the following dates:
27 November 2026 - Standalone quarterly report for the first three months of the 2026/2027 financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
19 February 2027 - Standalone half-yearly report for the first six months of the 2026/2027 financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026.
29 April 2027 - Standalone quarterly report for the first nine months of the 2026/2027 financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2027.
30 September 2027 - Standalone annual report for the 2026/2027 financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE further informs that any changes to the above publication dates will be announced to the public by means of a current report.
