Huuuge, Inc. ("Emitent" lub "Spółka"), niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 16 października 2026 r. zawiadomienia o transakcji na akcjach Spółki, o których mowa w art. 19 ust.1 MAR od Advantage International Life Limited, osoby blisko związanej z osobą pełniącą obowiązki zarządcze, tj. z Panem Henricem Suuronenem, Dyrektorem w Radzie Dyrektorów.
Treść zawiadomienia o którym mowa powyżej, Emitent przekazuje w załączniku do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

(the "Issuer" or the "Company") hereby reports that on 16 October 2026 it received notification of a transaction in the Company's shares, referred to in Article 19 (1) of the MAR from Advantage International Life Limited, a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr Henric Suuronen, Director on the Board of Directors.
The notification, referred to above, is attached to this current report.
