Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że powziął informację o wydaniu przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") oświadczenia nr 1164/2026 z dnia 26 października 2026 roku ("Oświadczenie"), zgodnie z którym KDPW, w odpowiedzi na wniosek Emitenta, zawarł z Emitentem umowę o rejestrację w depozycie papierów wartościowych 500.620 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii P Spółki, o wartości nominalnej 0,10 zł każda, opłaconych w całości ("Akcje").
Akcje zostaną zarejestrowane w depozycie papierów wartościowych w dniu 2 listopada 2026 roku pod kodem ISIN PLMDCLG00080.

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company", the "Issuer") hereby announces that it has become aware that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) ("KDPW") issued Statement No. 1164/2026 dated 26 October 2026 (the "Statement"), pursuant to which KDPW, in response to the Issuer's application, concluded an agreement with the Issuer for the registration in the securities depository of 500,620 Series P ordinary bearer shares in the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, fully paid up (the "Shares").
The Shares will be registered in the securities depository on 2 November 2026 under ISIN code PLMDCLG00080.
