Zarząd XTPL S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, zgodnie z wymogami art. 19 ust. 3 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku ("MAR"), że w dniu 26 października 2026 r. otrzymało zawiadomienie od Leonarto Funds SCA.
Leonarto Funds SCA jest blisko związane z Beatą Turlejską, członkiem Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta. Powiadomienie dotyczy transakcji dokonanej w dniu 23 października 2026 r. polegającej na objęciu akcji Emitenta w ramach subskrypcji akcji serii Z [Raport Bieżący 43/2026 z dnia 20 października 2026].

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Company", the "Issuer") announces, as required under Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("MAR"), that on 26 October 2026 it received a notification from Leonarto Funds SCA.
Leonarto Funds SCA is closely linked to Beata Turlejska, a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board. The notification concerns a transaction carried out on October 23, 2026, consisting of the acquisition of the Issuer's shares as part of a subscription for Series Z shares [Current Report No. 43/2026 dated October 20, 2026].
