ENEFI Asset Management Plc. ("Company") informs its esteemed investors, based on a
notification regarding its Romanian operations, that the following proceeding has concluded
at first instance with a ruling in favor of the Company's subsidiary, Termoenergy SRL:
Plaintiff - Private individuals
Defendant - Termoenergy
The plaintiffs request that the land registration of the 2.300 square
metre plot of land purchased by Termoenergy in 2006 be declared
null and void, and that the sale and purchase agreement concluded
between the former owner and Termoenergy on 21 December 2006
be declared null and void, on the grounds that the survey of the land
in question was irregular and erroneous.
The Company has not yet received the decision. The decision has not got a legal force.
