Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 4 listopada 2026 roku do Spółki wpłynęło zawiadomienie skierowane przez Prezesa Zarządu Spółki - Pana Marka Tymińskiego sporządzone w trybie art. 19 Rozporządzenia MAR, dotyczące ustanowienia przez Pana Marka Tymińskiego zastawu rejestrowego na 6.500.000 posiadanych przez niego akcjach Spółki.
Treść w/w zawiadomienia stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

Subject: Notification of the pledge of CI GAMES SE shares by the person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 4 November 2026 the Company received a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company - Mr. Marek Tyminski, prepared in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR Regulation, regarding the establishment of a registered pledge by Mr. Marek Tyminski on 6.500.000 shares of the Company held by him.
The content of the aforementioned notification is attached to this current report.
