("Emitent" lub "Spółka"), niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 13 października 2026 r. zawiadomienia oraz korektę zawiadomienia o transakcji na akcjach Spółki, o których mowa w art. 19 ust.1 MAR od Advantage International Life Limited, osoby blisko związanej z osobą pełniącą obowiązki zarządcze, tj. z Panem Henricem Suuronenem, Dyrektorem w Radzie Dyrektorów;

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer" or the "Company") hereby reports that on 13 October 2026 it received notification and amended notification of a transaction in the Company's shares, referred to in Article 19 (1) of the MAR from Advantage International Life Limited, a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr Henric Suuronen, Director on the Board of Directors;
The notification and the amended notification, referred to above, is attached to this current report.
