Zarząd XTPL S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, zgodnie z wymogami art. 19 ust. 3 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku ("MAR"), że w dniu 20 października 2026 r. otrzymało zawiadomienie wraz z korektą do zawiadomienia od Leonarto Funds SCA.
Leonarto Funds SCA jest osobą blisko związaną z Beatą Turlejską, członkiem Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta. Powiadomienie dotyczy transakcji dokonanej w dniu 16 października 2026 r. polegającej na nabyciu akcji Emitenta.

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Company", the "Issuer") announces, as required under Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("MAR"), that on 20 October 2026 it received a notification with correction to the notification from Leonarto Funds SCA.
Leonarto Funds SCA is a person closely associated with Beata Turlejska, a Member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board. The notification concerns a transaction carried out on 16 October 2026 involving the purchase of the Issuer's shares.
